Great mashed potatos

Hey everyone!

The storms have came and went, at least the April round.

Tonight I want to get into a cooking mode.  I love mashed potatoes and have always used russet.  Here is a great recipe from Tyler Florence that I have been using for the last month or so.  They definitely deliver, let me know how they come out for you guys.
