Swedish Meatballs.

I have done these Swedish meatballs a couple of times.  They are on the menu again tonight!

The first minute of the video Is the end to his Italian style.  I have a better recipe of my own for them.  These however I am content with doing step by step as they are delicious.

Enjoy the recipe, I'll post pics of my version later tonight.

    Hmmm. I bet I could modify the recipe to be able to eat this on my diet. Something other than the milk and bread.
